It's time to put yourself first!

It's time to put yourself first!

Does this sound like you and your life?

  • Do you understand why your brain thinks and behaves the way it does?
  • Do you feel like you are living your most authentic life?
  • Do you believe that you can do anything you set your mind to?
  • Do you have confidence and are you accommodating your own needs?

If you answered “No” to any of the questions above, you’re in the right place at the right time in your life, and I’m going to help you change your answers to “Yes’s.”

The Life You Desire & Deserve is Within Your Reach...But What's Stopping You from Living It?

Most neurodivergent people aren’t living their best lives because they don't understand the "why" behind what makes their unique brains operate. If you don't understand the "why," the question of "how" seems nearly impossible to answer. Why do I have difficulty identifying and regulating my emotions? Why do I have difficulty in social situations? Without answers to questions like these, you'll never be able to figure out "how" to take control of your challenges, instead of letting them control you.

Don’t worry, it’s not your fault. Your neurotype plays a huge part in who you are and what you are doing in your life, right now. There is an answer for every challenge you experience, whether it be social, sensory, emotional, etc., and once you learn the root cause of your concerns, you can learn how to accommodate your own needs and live your best, most authentic life.

The great news is that our brains aren’t hardwired, like we used to think they were, meaning that “you can teach an old dog new tricks,” so to speak.

You are worthy of feeling understood and validated, and that includes how you perceive yourself. You CAN learn how to manage the challenges that are holding you back, and how to shift from a powerless to a empowered mindset. You just need the knowledge and support of a neuropsychotherapist (who's also neurodivergent), like me.

Now, Hang On A Minute...

Now, Hang On A Minute...

Pretty soon, I know that you are going to hear that little voice inside of your head saying things like:

  • What if I try neurocounseling and don't make any changes?
  • What will my family say if I actually am neurodivergent?
  • How am I going to find the time to do this?
  • I'm not sure that I'm worth it!

Negativity is a baseline emotion. This means that due to millions of years of evolution, we’ve been conditioned to fight, flight, freeze or faint when a situation feels stressful.

Therefore, many people have no idea of how to make their dreams become a reality, no matter how amazing they might be. Doubt, overwhelm, and fear are three forces that affect us all.

I'll help you become aware of these negative thoughts and feelings and help you understand how to replace them with fact-based ones. It is possible and easier than you might think when you use neurocounseling strategies and finally understand how your brain works.

Have you ever asked yourself any of these questions?

  • Can I really change my thoughts and behaviors for the better?
  • Can I really be my authentic self?
  • How do I set & achieve these big goals?
  • How can I conquer my challenges?
  • Am I deserving of more happiness?

Please take a moment to think of all the worries and doubts that are entering your mind as you think about living the life you desire and deserve. What challenges are standing in your way of achieving your life’s goals and dreams?

Take a minute to write down your feelings. These are just some of the exercises that we work on using neurocounseling techniques. It's really refreshing to see your life from a different perspective, and that's my expertise.

So, Which Inner Voice Are You Going to Listen To?

So, Which Inner Voice Are You Going to Listen To?

Are you going to listen to the voice that puts you in your beautiful, Powerful State of Being, or are you going to listen to the voice that puts you in your Primal, Suffering State of Being?

Do you listen to your primal voice that says:

  • I should’ve..
  • I could’ve..
  • I would’ve..

Or do you listen to your powerful voice that says:

  • I can...
  • I will..
  • I am....

“Your Attention goes where your energy flows..."

The choice is yours.

Right now, whether you realize it or not, you are standing at a big fork in the road.. and depending on which path you take, the rest of your life could turn out very different or it could be more of the same.

Here’s what I mean. You can stay on your current life’s path.

Time will march on. The years will pass you by. And you will ingrain even more of the very same patterns that are keeping you stuck.

As you get older, it will get harder to change. Science proves this. So does looking around at everyone else.

Or...you can learn to overcome any obstacles and accelerate your progress toward your goals and dreams, faster & easier than ever before.

Everything in your life can get easier…or it can stay exactly the same as it is now.

I Believe That You Are
Meant To Thrive

I Believe That You Are Meant To Thrive

I firmly believe that you are worthy of embracing the real you

and now, it’s time to realize that your dreams are possible! You were meant to live a life filled with love, happiness, fulfillment, confidence, contentment, and joy.

You just need to step out of your fear and step into your greatness.

As a multi-cultural, neurodivergent woman who was raised by a single mom and neurodivergent woman (who lost her hair to Alopecia 35 years ago), I have an increased sense of empathy and compassion and have always seen a person's real beauty from the "inside out."

I am able to connect with people on a deeper level, quickly, and am able to offer a real conversational approach without any judgment or discrimination.

My clients tell me that I am the most relatable and easy to talk to person, and although I have the education and experience to help you, I believe that we are on the same level and that what you have to say really matters: you deserve to be heard and understood.

My clients appreciate that I'm a "neuroscience nerd" who loves taking complex principles and making them super SIMPLE to understand and apply to your life.

Support is here to help you navigate your challenges

Support is here to help you navigate your challenges

I get it! I've experienced the overwhelm, fear, self-doubt, and anxiety that comes with being a neurodivergent, multi-cultural woman, student, and professional.

I still use all the strategies that I will teach you to navigate through challenges in my own life and to continually help me grow in an ever-changing world.

I grew up thinking all moms were hairless, since my mom lost her hair to Alopecia, over 35 years ago. I attended support group meetings and watched as these amazing young women conquered their challenges in life. I was always in awe of the strength that people can find within themselves when they are given the proper guidance.

Because of this life-long experience of watching others grow, and then learning how underserved adult autistic and ADHD women & AFAB are, I knew that I wanted to learn all I could about helping others maneuver through challenges in their lives, no matter how big or small the issue is, and learn why they are experiencing the challenges they are, to begin with.

I'm passionate about helping you learn about your neurodivergence and how to focus on living a happier life filled with more confidence, freedom, and hope.

I am a multicultural Asian and AuDHD woman and a proud member and avid supporter of the LGBTQIA+ community. I am a passionate advocate for social justice and human rights, especially gender and racial equality.

I am dedicated to learning what neurodiversity-affirming approaches work best for AuDHD women, and practice everything I teach, personally.

I was born in New York and currently reside in the Waukesha area. I was raised by a single mom, who is my best friend, role model, and business partner.

What makes me happy in life?

  • Upholding a health-conscious lifestyle
  • Researching about neurodivergence, neuroscience techniques, and new tools to help my clients (I'm a science nerd).
  • Engaging in my self-care practices and special interests: skincare, gaming & tech, music, TV and movies.
  • Volunteering as the co-administrator for the Idiopathic Subglottic Stenosis and Alopecia Universalis groups on Facebook.

What is Online Neurocounseling?

Your brain health is important, no matter where you are or what you're doing.

CLICK, RELAXCHAT!

  • STEP ONE: Video or chat sessions can be joined via your computer, smartphone, or your tablet with a secure and strong internet connection
  • STEP TWO: Find a spot where you have privacy. This can be at home, in your bed, office, living room, or anywhere, private with a good internet connection.
  • STEP THREE: We'll send you a link for our video or chat neurocounseling session and all you have to do is Click, Relax & Chat!

You do NOT need to be tech savvy to use online counseling.

Why Tele-Counseling is More Effective Than In-Person Counseling:

  • Provides more convenience when you're short on time.
  • You don’t have to worry about traffic, travel, or bad weather conditions.
  • Incur fewer therapy-associated expenses when you don’t have to travel to receive treatment or pay for child care.
  • No worry about contracting illness being exposed to illness (if you're feeling sick you can still join our therapy session).
  • Helps you avoid regression and make progression (by attending sessions regularly).
  • Provides additional comfort being in a familiar, safe, and comfortable environment, which allows you to open up more about your challenges, thereby improving your overall treatment.
  • Enjoy the benefits of convenience, flexibility, and real-time care by your neuropsychotherapist.
